Bite Beauty Cashmere Lip Cream in Moscato Review and Color Comparison

Bite Beauty Cashmere Lip Cream in Moscato Review and Color Comparison

Wine and lipstick, my two favourite things! So when I heard the Bite Beauty products mixed my two loves together, I was sold.

I have tried a few of their lip pencils and loved the heavy pigmentation and creamy texture. But when they released the Cashmere Lip Cream I balked at the high price ($32 CAD) for what essentially looked like a lip gloss to me. I was wrong…

Bite Beauty Cashmere Lip Cream
Meet the Cashmere Lip Cream. Described as a cream-to-powder matte lip cream, it is anything but your regular lip gloss. It’s butter, silky, opaque, moisturizing and all-round stunning. It comes in 6 shade/flavours. Every one as gorgeous as the next. The only bad thing about this product  is that it is sold out EVERYWHERE so I actually don’t own it yet.

I decided to try out Moscato, a very bright and lively pink.

Shown here after 3 hours wear, and I lick my lips a lot. No bleeding, fading, cracking. Just creamy opaque colour.

By the time I took the pics, the swatch had faded quite a bit, but I wanted to show you the color comparison.
Top to bottom: Cashmere Lip Cream in Moscato, Mac Candy Yum Yum matte lipstick, OCC Lip Tar in Nylon.

Final verdict? If you’re on the fence about these lip creams, believe the hype. A little will go a long way and your lips will thank you for such luxury.

    Wow. So lips. Much bites.

  • Beautiful! Love this bright pink on you, and those lip swatches after 3 hours? Impressive!

    • The top swatch, the Bite Beauty one, I did that instore and then went for a walk and came home and took pics. And after 3 hours, my lips were still moist too!
