The colour I received to try out was “Cherry”, a nice, deep red that goes on sheer. And IT SMELLS LIKE CHERRY COLA!

The only thing a bit tricky about tinted glosses on my lips is that the colour sinks into fine lines a bit, causing a feathering effect. The FRESH Sugar Shine Lip Treatment did this a little but it really isn’t too noticeable. The photo was taken 20 minutes after application to show the extent of the “feathering”.

I have been using this every day for the last week and my lips feel amazing. The gloss isn’t too tacky and the colour stays for quite a few hours. And my lips are so freaking soft!

RESH Sugar Shine Lip Treatment comes in four shades: Clear, Cherry, Honey and Rose. And I think I need all four. $22 CAD at Sephora.

  • i haven’t tried these but i love the balms so much i know i would probably like these too despite not usually loving glosses!

  • This looks lovely and any lip product that can soften and hydrate the lips, I’m all about it! This winter has been SO hard on my lips and skin. Definitely one of the worst for my epidermis, LOL!
