The one thing I can’t resist is pretty packaging or…
Pixi Beauty is a brand I’ve had a crush on for a long time, but when Target disappeared from Canada, they pretty much broke up with us. Luckily, Pixi is coming back to Canada next year and I couldn’t be happier!
My pals at Pixi Beauty sent me over a little holiday gift and I used everything here to put together a glam festive look, perfect for holiday parties.
Palette Rosette ($28 USD) has everything you need for a full face including brow powder, contour matte shades, shimmery glow and more!
When I want to cover up a sleepless night, popping a light shimmer on my bottom waterline does the trick. For today’s look, I grabbed the Pixi Endless Silky Eye Pen in Opal Overcoat ($12 USD). It really did perk my eyes up and stayed on my waterline without fading for quite a few hours.
Be still my beating heart! The Fairy Dust Favourites stack in Metallic Warmth is only $12 (USD) and f’n STUNNING.
For this look, I used a few of the matte shades from the Palette Rosette (I think one or two wer brow hues?) and then I packed on the warm burgundy and light beige pink Fairy Dust on the lids.I also have the Endless Silky Pen on the waterline.
I added a bit of the bronze Fairy Dust to the outer corner, then lined my lashline with the black Fairy Dust (applied wet). I was surprised at how little fallout this pigment had, and the staying power is phenomenal.
I’ve tried the Pixi Mattelustre lipstick before and loved it. Why? It reminds me a lot of the Marc Jacobs Gel Lipstick formula. Not bad for $12, right? This is the shade Classic Red, a cool blue pin-up shade.
And here is everything all together! I used all three of the large pans from Palette Rosette as bronzer, blush and highlight.
I have to say this is one of my favourite looks from the past month. I mean everything just worked! And, I happen to wear this out on a date and let’s just say this makeup worked some magic. 🙂
You can grab these Pixi Beauty picks from Target in the US, online at PixiBeauty OR… soon to be at Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada next year!
