MAC Cosmetics Blue Peep Fluidline review

MAC Cosmetics Blue Peep Fluidline review

It has been awhile since I grabbed a new shade of Fluidline. And as the only fluidline that’s part of both the Philip Treacy and MAC is Beauty collection, Blue Peep had to be something special.
MAC Philip Treacy Fluidline
Described as bright flat teal, this isn’t too bright, isn’t too light and isn’t too bold. It is definitely different and something I haven’t been able to dupe (closest shade is MAC Paint Pot in Otherworldly).

I have had both good and bad experiences with Fluidlines, mostly good but sometimes the LE ones they release can be a bit dry and patchy. Luckily Blue Peep is really creamy, pigmented and smudgeproof.

Because the shade is a bit light, I tightlined with MAC Mulled Over eyeshadow from Navy Times Nine to give my eyes a bit of emphasis. I then applied a thick line just right above, going over it once to make sure the colour was even.

Application was really smooth and even, and it wore well without any movement for 10+ hours.

Paired with a neutral eye look and a natural lip, Blue Peep really stands out. It’s bold but not too crazy for work!

MAC Blue Peep Fluidline is available online at MACcosmetics.com now and will be instores by Thursday!
