Hooray, it’s guest post time! You’re all in for a…
My last review of the MAC x Robert Lee Morris collection is for this beautiful 135 Flat Powder Brush. Like all the other pieces in this collection, the form is structural and has elements of jewelry design.
“Ultra-soft and smooth brush in a large double-chiseled shape for dusting loose or pressed powder on face or body.”
What makes this brush unique is the flat, metal matte handle and leatherette wrap around the ferrule. This has good weight to it and the fibres are very soft.
From what I have found in my research, these are described as “natural fibres” for the brush head, so this probably is not vegan. I have reached out to MAC PR to confirm though. I know the brand is slowly switching to synthetic, as rumour has it. Either way this brush is crazy soft.
I’m really curious what kind of brush fibres these are though because this rivals a Hakuhodo brush.
And here’s a pic of Kurt for good measure! The MAC x Robert Lee Morris 135 Flat Powder Brush is $67 CAD/$55 USD available now for a very limited time.
