The Body Shop Drops of Youth vs. Drops of Light Liquid Peels

The Body Shop Drops of Youth vs. Drops of Light Liquid Peels

It’s time to shed our dull Winter skin! And by shed, I mean roll it up in a little ball. Sound creepy? Well I present you The Body Shop Liquid Peels! These gommage-style peels start as a gel and after you apply some friction… well let me show you.

Apply a thin layer of this gel to your face, then start rubbing in circular motions.

After about a minute, the gommage gel balls up and takes all the dead skin cells and impurities with it! You’re left with smooth and soft skin.

the Body Shop Drops of Light Pure Resurfacing Liquid Peel

The Drops of Light Pure Resurfacing Liquid Peel has red algae and Vitamin C helping to brighten and improve skin’s texture. I found this left my skin a bit too tight (I am currently dealing with sensitive, dry patchy skin). It definitely made my skin look bright though!

the Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel

The Drops of Youth Liquid Peel has three different plant stem cells to help nourish and plump up the skin. This one really “apPEELed to me” haha. Sorry I had to. My skin was soft and supple afterward, and the next day, my foundation applied flawlessly!

There are three Liquid Peels to choose from, including a Vitamin C formula that energizes the skin. I can’t wait to try that one.

  • I need to get the Drops of Youth one! I was using a peeling gel from a Korean brand, but ran out of it long time ago. Would love to pick one up that’s easier to access!
