If you’ve been around the blog for awhile, you already know…
From Cindy Crawford to Nicole Kidman and even Kim K, the Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips collection was created in collaboration with 12 gorgeous, powerful women with some of the proceeds going to charity.
Each lipstick is the new(ish) Matte Revolution formula, a modern matte that feels good on the lips, is longwearing and has a velvety-soft matte finish. The difference with these is the cute lipstick print!
The design is the Tilbury famous square tip with edges that mimic a lip brush. This makes applying lipstick in a hurry really, really easy.
The shade I received, Electric Poppy, was created in collaboration with Poppy Delevingne. It’s a bright, medium fuchsia with a hint of red that reminds me of MAC’s coveted Moxie lipstick.
The pigmentation is on point and the formula is so freaking comfortable. I didn’t have to fuss at all getting the lip line crisp and smooth. It wore well for 6 hours and left a slight stain behind. Plus, there was very little transfer when… drinking wine.
Yep, total dupe for MAC Moxie. I just wish I still had mine to show you a comparison!
You can grab the Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips collection online at the Charlotte Tilbury site or in store at Holt Renfrew in Canada.
