Revlon’s newest additions to their twist-up lip balm lineup come…
Well, I finally caved in to the hype for Colourpop’s Yes, Please! palette and… I have ZERO regrets. (And I even had to pay $19 CAD in duty/customs fees!)
This palette is a workhorse. You can create so many cool looks and I’ve even taken it on vacation with me to Nova Scotia.
Louie: metallic duochrome red with a gold flip
Butter Cake: metallic pale yellow gold (I use this on the lid like every day)
Spoiled: matte brick red (great outer V shade)
Gno: matte burnt orange
Mischief: matte warm yellow (PERFECT yellow, like how??)
Note to Self: matte warm caramel
Chauffeur: metallic duochrome bright orange with a gold flip
French Kiss: matte deep red brown (I use this as a liner)
Ok, ok so I didn’t write down what shades I used but just know that the metallic is Chaffeur, the bright orange duochrome.
In all my looks with this palette, I use Full-Zip under my brow and Champs as a transition. I even reach for those shades when I’m using other palettes!
Hi, hello this look is BOMB. I wore it out for my 40th bday with my girls. That’s right, I’m 40…
This look I used the matte yellow and topped it with Butter Cake, the metallic gold.
I love the combo of the matte yellow and gold shimmer!
Another stunning look with this palette, and that’s just two of the ten or more I’ve created this month (and didn’t take photos of). All shadows are easily blendable, not too powdery (like ABH Modern Renaissance level powdery.. maybe less). The shades are soft and pigmented. And this palette is only $16 USD!
The Yes, Please palette is worth every damn penny. That’s why it’s sold out most of the time but check the site now because restocks happen weekly~!
