This year’s advent calendar from The Body Shop has really…
Exciting new product news! Your brows are about to get WOWed with Benefit’s new brow collection. Coming June 24, Benefit is changing the brow game. Everything old is new again with new packaging (and some new shades), and there are tons of new product innovations. I was lucky enough to try a few of them out over the weekend at Gen Beauty, so I can give you a hint as to how they work.
You already know and love Gimme Brow, but check out this gorgeous new packaging! Still the same amazing formula with the same three shades. Why fix it if it ain’t broke, am I right? ($30 CAD/$24 USD)
Now the 3D Browtones Enhancer is something I have never seen before. This formula is just like a nice subtle tint for your brows only with multiple hair tones. Essentially Benefit has taken the idea of multi-tonal hair dye and applied it to brow hairs! ($30 CAD/$24 USD)
Ready, Set, Brow is the perfect clear brow-setting gel. It stays put for up to 24 hours without getting sticky or clumpy. ($30 CAD/$24 USD)
Now it’s about time Benefit released cream-gel brow color! Ka-Brow comes in six shades and even has an angled brush hidden in the lid! I didn’t get to test the consistency on this one but hopefully soon. ($30 CAD/$24 USD)
The Goof Proof Brow is Benefit’s version of the angled brow pencil (think Anastasia or Hourglass). This has a tear-drop shaped tip, comes in six shades and is waterproof. ($30 CAD/$24 USD)
The product I am most excited about, and the one I played with the most, is Precisely, My Brow. Like the Goof Proof, it comes in the same six shades and is waterproof. But this pencil right here has the most amazing formula and you can really draw hairs! A perfect solution for sparsely-browed people like me. ($30 CAD/$24 USD)
Shown above shade 4, 3 and 2. Seriously… love.
And of course, the beloved Brow Zings is back in beautiful packaging. But these kits are new and improved! First, there are three new shades (a bit cooler) and the dual-ended applicator folds out so it’s longer and easier to use. ($42 CAD/$32 USD)
If you’re looking to really lock in that brow look while conditioning and helping your brows look thicker, there’s the new Browvo! Conditioner. This is supposed to act as a clear primer for brow pencils and shadows, which I think we all need during warmer months. ($36 CAD/$28 USD)
High Brow, your favourite highlight crayon, is still around. This creamy matte highlight makes any brow look polished. ($29 CAD/$22 USD)
Sister to High Brow is the new High Brow Glow, a highlight crayon with a luminous almost champagne shimmer. ($29 CAD/$22 USD)
There are also kits you can grab for $44 CAD each, available in Light, Medium or Deep. These are great value and have all the products you need to get a perfect brow look. Soft & Natural Brows has the Goof Proof Brow Pencil, High Brow highlight, Ready, Set, Brow clear setting gel and eyebrow stencils.
The Defined and Refined kit comes with Precisely, My Brow pencil, Browvo! Conditoning Primer, High Brow crayon and a mapping tool to help you find the perfect arch.
The Bigger & Bolder Brows kit contains the Ka-Brow cream gel colour, High Brow highlight crayon, Ready, Set, Brow clear gel and brow stencils.
What products are you excited to try from this collection? June 24 can’t come soon enough!
