The Avon Mega Effects Liquid Eye Liner and Mascara combo is…
So a few weeks ago when Sephora had the 20% off sale, I decided it was high time I try out Wander Beauty. And the Read My Lips kit ($42 CAD) is a perfect introduction to their lipstick formula and Wanderout Dual Lipstick format.
This set comes with five of their Wanderout Lipsticks, four base shades and one gold topper.
The set also includes a connector so you can take two lipsticks with you. Shown here is Barely There and Sunset.
Just click two shades in and throw them in your purse! Perfect for creating different looks or switching it up during the day.
Now let’s talk shades. The only thing this kit doesn’t come with is a very deep vampy shade, but you get all the basics.
Barely There – mauve nude
BB – soft rose
Hot Gossip – nude rose
Riviera – muted raspberry
Sunset – gold shimmer topper
Barely There is the most gorgeous nude pink rose. The formula is really hydrating and almost fills in lip lines it’s so smooth.
I added Sunset, the gold topper, to the centre and it warmed up the lip and added a bit of shimmer and definition.
Barely There + Sunset. (Also wearing Make Up For Ever Lustrous Shadow Palette, reviewed here)
BB is another pink but a bit brighter. The formula for this leaned a bit more matte vs. the satin feel of Barely There.
BB is beautiful for everyday wear and will go with pretty much any look.
Hot Gossip is sort of this fine balance between a warm rose and a hot pink.
I think this is my fave shade of the bunch! (Also wearing Winky Lux Kitten Eyeshadow palette, reviewed here)
Last up is Riviera, the brightest and boldest of the bunch. This is a raspberry sangria that is perfectly balanced.
This shade is a great alternative to a classic red!
Which of the five shades do you like the best? Make sure to pick up the Wander Beauty Read My Lips set before it’s gone!
